Dr Raboobee, President of the Vitiligo Society of South Africa, organised a successful World Vitiligo Day support group meeting, held in Westville Hospital on 25 June 2016. Dr I Jhetam and Dr L Naidoo, dermatologists practicing in Durban, graced the meeting with valuable talks on the subject. Dr Raboobee conducted interviews with patients undergoing depigmentation for universal vitiligo, and with patients receiving Excimer laser and needling. About 25 delegates attended the meeting sponsored by Westville Hospital, Glenmark and SkinTECH.
